The fall/winter issue of the VRA Bulletin, the open access journal of the Visual Resources Association (VRA), features "Making Waves: Toward a New Model for Copyright Education," an article about the current and future state of copyright education for visual resources professionals from the perspective of OCEAN. Board member Kyle K. Courtney also contributed an article to the issue, "Does Fair Use Survive the License? Fair Use in the Licensed Landscape: Rights, Risks, and Realities."
